: Welcome to State Line Genetics :
 Our cow numbers here at StateLine Genetics had to be downsized due to the drought of 2011. But not to worry, the quality is better than ever. Our cows and yearlings are on a mixed ration of ground alfalfa and soybean stalks, milostalk silage, corn and distillers. This seems to be a great combination considering the condition of the cattle. We’re preparing now for our annual production sale March 14th 2012 in Dodge City, Kansas at Winter Livestock. We’ll be offering a nice selection of purebred and balancer bulls and heifers. We’re really excited about the calves that are hitting the ground right now. They’re sired by Post Rock Granite, Krugerrand, Premonition, Freedom, HeadLine, Extra Hot, and our new herd sire addition... Twin Oak Star which we purchased at Post Rocks sale last year. The move from Nebraska to Kansas has been good for our family and our herd. We’re easy to find right off of the highway north of Cimarron, Kansas on highway 23.
